"The norm is not a constant. An individual norm is determined by subjective expectations and experience. The social norm is determined by the dominance of a set of individual norms. For most Ukrainians, it has become the norm to sleep during rocket attacks, but not yet, and unfortunately, to accept the diversity of personalities. Language is one of the main features of a society. And the signs of a civilized society are the existence of human rights and the existence of wide opportunities for its comprehensive development. For every human being."
